1. Who we are
VERDAAN is a trading name of The Vintage Palace Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 16008259), registered office [[ADD ADDRESS]]. Contact: info@verdaanstone.com.
2. Our stones
Every stone is natural. We disclose any treatment in plain language on the product page and certificate. Natural stones contain inclusions and each is unique; photographs and 3D models are representations and the stone you receive may vary slightly in appearance.
3. Orders and payment
A purchase request is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm availability and you complete payment. Prices are shown in pounds sterling; amounts shown in USD or EUR are indicative conversions. We may decline an order, for example if a stone is no longer available, in which case any payment is refunded in full.
4. Delivery
Risk passes to you on delivery. Delivery times are estimates; see Shipping & Returns.
5. Your right to cancel
In addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (14 days), we offer a 30-day return period as described in Shipping & Returns.
6. Certificates, guarantees and buy-back
Our lab-test guarantee and buy-back offer are described in Shipping & Returns and on each certificate. Nothing on this website is financial advice; the value of gemstones can go down as well as up.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales.
